会話
面接官（A）: Hello, welcome to our advertising agency. Please have a seat.
（こんにちは、私たちの広告代理店へようこそ。お座りください。）
学生（B）: Thank you. I’m excited to be here.
（ありがとうございます。ここにいられてとても嬉しいです。）
「I’m excited to be here.」と気持ちを高めて発言することにより、同時に緊張感も和らぐように思うんだけど。ぜひ試してみてね。
面接官（A）: Let’s start by discussing your educational background. Could you tell me about your major?
（まず、あなたの学歴について話しましょう。専攻について教えていただけますか？）
学生（B）: Certainly. I graduated with a degree in Marketing from XYZ University.
（もちろんです。私はXYZ大学でマーケティングの学位を取得しました。）
自分の状況に置き換えて、丸覚えしてしまいましょう！
面接官（A）: That’s great. Can you share any relevant coursework or projects you’ve worked on?
（素晴らしいですね。関連する科目やプロジェクトについて教えていただけますか？）
学生（B）: During my studies, I took courses in Advertising Strategies and Brand Management. I also worked on a marketing campaign project for a local nonprofit organization.
（学生時代には、広告戦略やブランドマネジメントの科目を履修しました。また、地元の非営利団体のためのマーケティングキャンペーンプロジェクトにも関わりました。）
面接官（A）: Excellent. Now, I’d like to know more about your previous internship experience, if any.
（素晴らしいですね。では、もしあれば、以前のインターンシップ経験についてもっと詳しく教えていただけますか？）
「more about ～」は定型フレーズですね。「tell me more about ～」なども頻出です。
学生（B）: I had the opportunity to intern at ABC Advertising Agency last summer. I worked closely with the account management team and assisted in campaign planning and client communications.
（去年の夏にABC広告代理店でインターンシップの機会を得ました。アカウントマネジメントチームと密に協力し、キャンペーンの企画やクライアントとのコミュニケーションをサポートしました。）
面接官（A）: How would you describe your strengths and skills that would make you a valuable addition to our team?
（私たちのチームに価値のある貢献をもたらすであろう、あなたの強みやスキルを教えていただけますか？）
describe の名詞は、description (記述、説明、摘要など) ですね。
that は関係代名詞で、先行詞は your strengths and skills です。
これは、そのまま面接で尋ねられることもあるし、尋ねられない場合でも、採用する側が究極的に答えを求めている質問だから、常に意識して上手に伝わるようにしておく必要があるね。
学生（B）: I believe my strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to work under pressure would be assets in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of an advertising agency.
（私は、コミュニケーションスキルの高さ、創造性、プレッシャーの下で働く能力が、広告代理店のスピーディーでダイナミックな環境での貴重な貢献となると考えています。）
assets は、会計では「資産」の意味です。ちなみに、「負債」は「liabilities」です。
面接官（A）: That sounds promising. Now, do you have any questions for us?
（有望ですね。では、何か質問はありますか？）
学生（B）: Yes, I’d like to know more about the company culture and the opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
（はい、会社の文化や組織内でのプロフェッショナルな成長の機会についてもっと詳しく知りたいです。）
当然、自分からも質問はすべきだから、事前に考えておくこと。質問しなくても十分という状況はあるかもしれないけど、それは稀。
面接官（A）: We value a collaborative and innovative culture, and we provide ongoing training and mentorship programs to support professional development.
（私たちは協力的で革新的な文化を重視しており、継続的なトレーニングとメンターシッププログラムを提供しています。それによってプロフェッショナルな成長をサポートしています。）
innovative （革新的な）という単語もPositiveでいい響きがありますね。
学生（B）: That sounds like a great environment to learn and grow. Thank you for sharing that information.
（学び成長するには素晴らしい環境のようですね。その情報を共有していただき、ありがとうございます。）
面接官（A）: You’re welcome. It was a pleasure speaking with you. We will be in touch regarding the next steps in the hiring process.
（どういたしまして。あなたとお話しできて嬉しかったです。採用プロセスの次のステップに関しては連絡いたします。）
学生（B）: Thank you for considering me. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
（私を検討していただきありがとうございます。お早い連絡を楽しみにしています。）
