「compliance」は、もはや日本語になっていますが、広く「法令等を遵守すること」を意味します。

「concerns」は「気になる点、懸念」といった意味です。次の発言にあるように、「I’m concerned about」というようにも使われます。

Charles: Good morning, everyone. While I understand the benefits of the new accounting system, I’m concerned about the learning curve for our team. It’s important that we provide adequate training and support to ensure a smooth transition and minimize any disruptions.
「おはようございます、皆さん。新しい会計システムのメリットは理解していますが、チームにとっての学習の過程が心配です。円滑な移行を確保し、混乱を最小化するために、適切なトレーニングとサポートを提供することが重要です。」

Amy: Thank you for bringing up that concern, Charles. We are fully committed to providing comprehensive training and resources to support the team throughout the implementation process. concernやissueなどを伝えられたときには、「Thank you for bringing up that concern」と返し、前向きな行動につなげられるといいですね。

However, we should also consider the compatibility of the new system with our existing software and the potential data migration challenges.

「migration」（移行）や「migrate」（移行する）という用語も、システムの変更に関する会話等では、頻繁に出てきます。

「意見を共有してくれてありがとう、デニスさん。互換性の分析を徹底し、IT部門と緊密に連携して統合や移行の課題に対処します。プロセス全体を皆さんに周知するため、定期的なコミュニケーションとアップデートを提供します。」

「keep XXX informed」と同じように、「keep XXX updated」（XXXが最新の情報をもっているようにする（XXXに最新の情報を与える）」という表現もよく使われます。
