The Premium plan provides advanced features like advanced analytics and integration with third-party apps. Considering your SME’s requirements, I would recommend the Basic plan as a starting point.

invoice は、請求書のことです。お客様に対して発行する請求書の作成業務を invoicing といいます。一方、もらった請求書を支払う業務は、payment または accounts payable (A/P) という用語が使われます。

however は、文頭でも利用できます。but はできません。
公式なビジネス文書では、but は避けて、however が使われます。
“valued customer” に代えて、”esteemed customer” や ”appreciated customer” や “loyal customer”でもOKですね。
